Can we travel to Japan now?

The answer is YES! As of October 11, 2022, individual tourist can now enter Japan.

Here is a brief summary of the changes of what is required to enter:

• Unless you are showing symptoms of a suspected COVID-19 infection, you will not need to show negative COVID-19 test results
• You will need to show proof of being fully vaccinated
• Upon arrival in Japan, you may be required to complete some documentation and download several smartphone applications
  • if you don’t have a smartphone you can rent one at the airport

Remember to follow the safety instructions and measures in the places you visit in Japan!
